Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Course Cancellations:
    If Corenet E-Learning cancels a course before it begins, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
  2. Withdrawal Before Course Start Date:
    If you withdraw from a course before it begins, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable registration fees.
  3. Withdrawal After Course Start Date:
    Refund requests made after the course has started will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    A partial refund may be granted depending on the percentage of the course completed and the time of the request. Refunds will not be issued for courses that are more than 50% completed.

  4. Technical Issues:
    If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  5. Dissatisfaction with Course Content:
    If you are dissatisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of the course start date. Refunds will be granted after an evaluation of your feedback and course progress.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Non-refundable Registration Fees: Certain administrative or registration fees may be non-refundable.
  • Promotional Discounts: Courses purchased with promotional discounts or as part of a bundle may not be eligible for a refund or may only be eligible for a partial refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of payments made by bank transfer or check, refunds will be issued by check.
